Even when this is not the case, affirmative action forces bosses to hire people they do not want to hire. A work group works best then the boss and his subordinates like each other.

In some ways, you have a point. There was far less concern about their health and safety, as they were not an investment.

On the other hand, if you were an immigrant, the factory owner couldn't sell your wife or your children. Nor could they legally rape an immigrant or whip them for disobedience.

You really need to shut up and concern yourself with the white community. When you see a definite pattern of behavior, you learn from it. You presume, sometimes wrongly, that future and current events will fit the same pattern that you have seen over and over. We have seen a 248 year pattern of white racism. Its the same thing over and over. White men who make rude comments about blacks then asking if that makes them racist. 248 years of white racist behavior such as what you exhibit while believing that you are not a racist. We see who is causing all of our probems, whites like you.
