An entire county without animal control Apache County AZ

In this day and age it is hard to believe this is true, however it is true.
Last October I reported a situation in my area that involved over 20 dogs being hoarded, abused and starved. It was then that I discovered that Apache County HAS NO ANIMAL CONTROL DEPARTMENT. I made an agreement with a local non-profit to help catch the dogs and transport them to foster homes. We have no county animal shelter! All the volunteers that showed up were scared of the dogs, except the little puppies. Therefore I ended up catching all of them and securing them in cages.
I ended up with 10 dogs, that I have supported and cared for at my personal expense since that time. The agreement I made with Good dog rezq stated I would be provided with food and veterinary care for the dogs, but I only received broken promises and lies. I agreed to refrain from making information about this situation public. However, this morning I submitted a complaint with the Arizona State Attorney General's Office against this non-profit for not living up to their agreement. I simply believe it to be wrong for a non-profit to solicit donations while they do not live up to their mission statement. I am personally offended that they have used pictures of these dogs that I am personally supporting to solicit donations.
Be that as it may, I believe it may be helpful to inform the public that in this day and age, an entire county exists that has no animal control.

Well feral dogs are bad, they'll eat children and stuff so they need to put down, ok?

I had a gun with me, semiauto .22.
But I made both of them get down and STFU and I did too.
11 wild dogs rolled by, never saw or smelled us. Never knew we were there.
I made the right decision that day. Somebody should hunt them things down.

Yes they are POS. Here is the thing, because we are without animal control, those scumbags are attracted to this county. I don't blame you for not wanting to know. I can say that the pos that had the dogs that I have was here to gather up dogs for a gang in Sacramento to be used to train fighting dogs.
