I just finished this one by David Frum and Richard Perle. It is about their proposed strategy to win the GWOT. They propose a hard line on many terrorist nations and France, a softer line on nations like India and Pakistan, free trade alliances, a NATO-like treaty in the Pacific to counter China's power, and a great deal of reform in the US government. Many of Frum and Perle's policies make a lot of sense; some, like their idea for a national ID card, are politically unfeasible. But overall, this was a thought-provoking book, regardless of whether you agree with all of the authors' policies.
