Exactly, that's why their heading to red states where ICE is more or less absent.

Now if they continue to vote Blue in those Red states and gradually turn them Blue, they will likely see MORE ICE. That's like a vegetarian being forced to eat meat to survive because all the veggies are tainted with E.Coli!
