Define greed. To many Liberals, the word profit = greed. In the real world, profitability means health.

Please enlighten US on the difference between profit and greed. You people find oil companies making 7 percent profit margins to be greedy yet say nothing of Microsoft doing 26 percent profit margins.

Instead of name calling like a second grader, try and show some economic aptitude backed by empirical validation.

the thing is, we aren't a manufacturing economy anymore. so i'm not quite certain why the focus on manufacturing jobs. we need good service economy jobs. ... like building/repairing infrastructure.

wrong thinking.... we still have some manufacturing. its very important to be an exporter of components not just an importer. Manufacturing jobs are the best because there is a huge supply chain involved which also supports other diverse industries. As manufacturing goes up, service industry jobs go right up with it because of higher demand. I know, I worked in that field for years.

I always talk about who I am. I'm not overly proud, but I have worked really hard. I worked hard in the military and I worked hard at college and I worked hard at the company I retired from. I'm also a progressive and a liberal. And those I'm very proud of.

Well if you are retired and liberal- then you are just another American sucking at the tit of welfare according to the right wing.

Remember- anyone who is not working is part of the unemployment problem.......
