Your "manners" are to call an indirect victim of the Holocaust a Nazi with the help of the word "thanks".
Since I study US-Americans here in this forum I found the formula US-Americans are intentionally ignorant, intrigant, arrogant and aggressive and many think they are allknowing and allmighty. Unfortunatelly I'm sure "you" are not the only category of such people. And fortunatelly this is also only an empty phrase because here is "Internemerica".
Some people who think here in Germany about the USA say one part of your society smokes pot like Haitians and the other part shoots around like Rambo. And both parts are not able to speak with each other because they speak English and English - two totally different foreign languages.
And some of us travel from time to time for a shorter or a longer time to the USA and also often meet there nice and friendly people. No idea where this people come from - but looks like they are wandering through your streets, they are driving with your cars, are working in your factories, are doing your business, make your music, got to your schools and hospitals, write your books and so on and so on. Perhaps ET's?
