After that, they had problems with the supply of rocket engines from Ukraine (before the crisis of the 14th, rocket engines were purchased there), and then the head of Roscosmos asked the government for money for a special TV show of Roscosmos, which intended for creating a positive image of rocketry.

So the constition specifically allows states to pass laws that violate rights? Because thats what Texas is doing. They found a work around that lets them throw out whatever rights they dont like. And as Justice Kavanaugh said, its not limited to abortion. This same loophole could be used to bypass other rights as well. Texas just opened the door to the far left being able to succsessfully throw out the second amendment.
