American comments on the China parade

One thing is clear to me, a civilization grows or decays in proportion the national confidence of its people, the Chinese people are now exuding confidence while here in the US there's no national pride or confidence anymore, just increasing extremism and in fighting.
It's the main sickness of your cult. Come hang out with the other 200 million of us.

Look what I have to work with

no, as defined in your post that backs me up on this there would be no "might" about it, it would need to be claimed as "true" or "false" without the qualifier/quantifier "might"...but I see you have now moved the conversation far enough away from your "false-isms" to feel a tad more comfortable in pretending you had a point.
I think you're a bot.

hmmm, is this the "grow up man" version? or the "vacuity" version?
Not at all. Based on your penchant for stating the obvious, not knowing what an axiom is and for attempting to derail the thread, I have grounds for suspecting you're a bot, your posts are bereft of substance, vacuities, I find it hard to believe a genuine human being can post that way.

As Eisenhower said:

“Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Under the clouds of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron.”

They can March, but can they fight?

China has never fought a modern battle

Fair question. I can say that they are not squeamish about losing men, the US is though. I don't really know of any actual ground troop battles the US has fought since Vietnam either. The US has focused on air superiority and bombing since the 1980s.

The US just never sends in ground troops because of the horrors of Vietnam where we lost thousands of young men.

So yes, the US does have real experience these past decades but primarily war at a distance. That's still valuable in a conflict and I agree China does not have that experience but it's a small advantage to base a war on.

US has fought in Afghanistan and Iraq
Not at Division level but Brigade and below

Our NCOs are very experienced

Speaking of an actual war, this documentary made a few years ago (during Obama's presidency), is worth watching sometime. The beginning in particular is worth seeing as we see numerous US speakers some pro-war some anti-war. The beginning also makes it clear what China is building its military, the threat from the US is stunning, few people actually have any idea.

The beginning contains many example of western news reports on the "threat" posed by China, and later examines this more closely.

Just because they have a lot of guns and bombs and just because we have a lot of guns and bombs doesn't mean we have to use them on each other.
China does not want to use them
Even Taiwan would give them a hard time

You say "even" Taiwan, but look:

Taiwan is a threat to China for the above reason, at least that's how China sees it, much as the US would see thing if China was shipping masses of weapons to Cuba for example.

The alternative is your forte...denying the obvious
not knowing what an axiom is
lol...its an antonym for your posts.

Derailing the thread would only benefit you.

Really? my posts are "bereft of vacuities"? well yours certainly are not.
I find it hard to believe a genuine human being can post that way.
I would suggest spending more time with us then.

Taiwan is no threat to invade China
All their weapons are defensive.
