I didn't read the whole thing.......but in regards to what was in the vial that they were stealing I don't know what it was..........

Many strains of viruses have been studied for decades here........and there as well.........mainly to find cures and possible vaccines for older viruses...............which is why we are in better shape now because of those studies.

A lie..........as the funding was increased.......In fairness he did try to cut the budget......but in REALITY the money increased.......
