Europe is critically dependent on pipelines. As practice shows, the destruction of pipelines is an easy matter.

If you use submarines, it's even easier.

America is not as energy dependent and uses pipelines less.

America can establish a world monopoly on the oil and gas trade in the dollar, using its advantages.
Imports from Eurasia can only be carried out by tankers under the protection of fleets - here America does not risk anything.

Including this, you can hit the Saudis. They will have no other importer than the US if the infrastructure in Europe suffers.

Meanwhile winter is coming...

Who has the lower hand? That is the one to watch when it dives in and grabs your private parts .

If the people had control of our government than we would be the most advanced infrastructure nation in the world. Prices for everything would be cheap.

You are already the most developed infrastructure in the world.
The US consumes as much oil as the world's top oil producers produce it combined. Saudi Arabia and RF combined will not satisfy America's demand for oil.

The Saudis sell most of their oil to China.
