Actually, Presorted Standard Mail is junk mail. First Class Mail is considered a legal communication.

Update.
Just bought a single can of Libby's sweet corn to test the quality. It cost much less than Delmonte's and the quality showed. It is tough and lacks flavor. I'll stick to Delmonte's even at a higher cost.
