The simple fact is Chrysler was expanding Jeep production in China at the same time it was expanding in Ohio and Michigan. ALL THREE were developing. And Jeep production in China had been started twenty-eight years earlier in 1984 when Jeep was the product of American Motors, a company where Romney's own father had been CEO. So all that was going on in 2012 was a restart.
