This is probably pretty common throughout the states where you have all of these sub-par/low rent complexes where they have rules to how many are allowed in each unit. It's probably no more than 4 in a standard 1000 sq foot 2 bedroom apt. Probably 2 in a One Bedroom apt. So now lets take in our new 3 or so million american citizens! you have to assume that they are moving in with friends/family. The ones that are already maxed out in their homes. So anyone here want to guess that many of them are finding ways to sneak them into their homes in these complexes? Can you just imagine 8 people in a typical two bedroom apartment? Then the management catches on to it. This is probably common in the worst parts of Los Angeles/Miami/New York, etc. I heard a long time ago, a news story that was focusing on this one bedroom apt. in Miami. There were at least 10 people living in it. Now, for those who moved into actual homes, maybe they are sleeping on floors/couches/garages? can you imagine the new water and electricity bills?
