Other cancers are not being 'ignored.' But having worked in oncology for a while, I can tell you that when they break the code for breast cancer, many others will fall in right behind. Many other cancers tend to be exacerbated by estrogen. So, there is a link there somewhere. Once it is known, many of the other cancers will also have a better prognosis.
