This is a double-edged sword. If it was a simple question about HAMAS and HAMAS alone, there might be some validity to some of their arguments.. However, it is not just about HAMAS. The Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS), the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) are designated Palestinian terrorist organizations with a pattern of criminal behaviors dating back decades. All four have a shared heritage of rejecting Israeli Self-Determination dating back more than a century. The four terrorist organizations have been trying to justify their well-publicized and historically documented murderous footprints across the Middle East in the territory formerly known as Palestine → given that titled in the League of Nationations Palestine Order in Council.

No Palestinian has the right to conduct terrorist activities against any nation → it is a protection extended to all nations. No entity has the right to defile the boundary through the use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State; including Israel. And Israel has the right of self-defense against such rouge organizations as HAMAS, the DFLP, the PIJ, and the PFLP that promote the violation of the Civil and Political Rights of Israel and promote further Acts of Aggression against Israel.

You can argue the matter all you want and cry about the century-long trouble to create peace in the region, but it is what it is.

How do you stop the protest? Yes, you don't need a Doctorate Degree to answer the question. It requires the elimination of the terrorist threat known as HAMAS, the DFLP, the PIJ, and the PFLP.

It is just that simple.

Our friend might be confused as to the relationship between the Jewish People and the Sultan (Ottoman Empire) between the 12th Century (1101) and the 20th Century, and the relationship between the Jewish People and the Principal Allied Powers after the Armistice of Mudros (30 October 1918) through the Termination of the British Mandate (15 May 1948). Altogether, this is a period that lasted more than 800 years.

The Ottoman Empire ruled The Levant from ≈ the 1250s through ≈ June 1920 → the handover of the British Occupied Enemy Territory Administration (OETA) to the British Civil Administration of the Mandate (1 July 1920), as determined by the Principal Allied Powers at the San Remo Conference (April 1920).

During the aforementioned period of ≈ 800 years, The Arab People were not autonomous or self-governing anywhere in the Levant. The ever-increasingly violent (and lawless) Arabs (calling themselves "Palestinians") did not hold any "sovereignty" over or in any territory west of the Jordan River.

IF it can be said that Jihadists, Fedayeen Activist, Hostile Insurgents, Radicalized Islamic Followers, and Asymmetric Fighters of the designated terrorist organizations of HAMAS, the DFLP, the PIJ, and the PFLP are a work product outcome of the Israelis (which is absurd), THEN it is no less true for the same to be said of the Arab Higher Committee, the adjacent Arab League nations, and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

And as everyone agrees, the world needs another Islamic entity (those holding the power in the Islamic Waqf land lands) to bring peace to the world. After all, the Islamic entities have done so well in bringing such peace to the world over the last 13 Centuries.

Every time we hear someone claim that Islam is a Religion of Peace and Islamic Sharia is a law of integrity, one needs only look at Dalal Mughrabi, who killed 25 unarmed civilians and 13 innocent children (face to face) in 1978. Or maybe count the number of rockets fired into Israel by the Peace Loving Palestinians.

In this last sneak attack by the Palestinians representing Islam as a Religion of Peace and Islamic Sharia as a law of integrity, how can they claim to be worthy of any serious?

All that fluff changed when Palestine became a state in 1924 and the Palestinians became the sovereigns in their defined territory as the UN has stated numerous times.
