Unlike the entire party of Democrats that followed Obama s lead like a mob, Trump is acting as a single individual and can be stopped.
Obama, remember, abused his office to deprive the *entire nation* (not just one person here or there but whole parties and sectors of people objecting and rejecting this abuse of govt) of the right to choose how we pay for health care. Over half the nation has been punished with fines and forced compliance to lose our income and liberties for YEARS since the mandates have been passed, enforced, and refused to change because Democrats either dont believe or wont admit this was unconstitutional overreaching of federal govt into private decisions and choices.
Not until I saw voters voting NO against liberal biases in media and agenda in govt did I feel this was ever represented or acknowledged that people across the nation were protesting loss of liberty under Obama and Clinton s approach to govt.
So you are comparing individual incidents that CAN be fixed by addressing Individuals

Collective abuse of national power and policy by Obama and an Entire Party to penalize ALL citizens, deprive free choice, and censor and silence the opposition by refusing to Hear and Acknowledge the health care mandates are Unconstitutional in punishing citizens for wanting a Free Choice in exercising our beliefs about health care choices equally as Democrat beliefs in right to health care that not all people believe in as a "compelling" enough justification for violating states rights and individual right to liberty and due process BEFORE depriving citizens and subjecting us to fines, restrictions on our beliefs and liberties, and involuntary servitude (by seizing income in the form of tax fines without our consent or without any proof we have committed crimes or abuses to justify penalty and loss of freedom).
Since ACA mandates have been enforced I've been punished with loss of freedom and lived in CONSTANT stress until that law changes because I cannot afford to pay the costs and fines under regulations that violate my beliefs. This abuse has been endorsed and enforced by party leaders refusing to include or respect, much less defend the interest of over half the nation dissenting and protesting on both left and right who both oppose the insurance mandates though for different reasons.
And yes I've been constantly harassed and accused of false derogatory things for my beliefs that health care should remain an equal choice for taxpayers because of our different beliefs I argue should both be provided for and protected by govt.
So not only have I been harassed, but face fines and penalties pushed through govt by Obama Pelosi Roberts and all members of Congress who signed those Mandates into law and refused to acknowledge arguments this was unconstitutional.
A whole party not only pushing right to health care as a belief, but enforcing Mandates penalizing people like me with deprivation of liberty, fines or forced seizure of income because we believe in free choice.
