Alien on your One Dollar Bill: Alien Guy

Alien guy Scott C. Waring claims there is an alien on your 1 Dollar bill, the mighty ruler over stars and planets.

You just have to add contrast and the guy appears. It didn´t work for me but as I changed the contrast, the background didn´t become more dark as well. Maybe I did it wrong?

The star ruler, his name is Me Rica by the way, is possibly the guy you pray to. Heck, what makes your God more likely than this guy?
