Has commerce and consumerism in this age of media affected the way we look at religion/culture-themed television networks such as EWTN (Catholic) and Al Jazeera (Muslim)?

TRUMP: I like the development of Al Jazeera.
CARTER: Yes, it at least contributes to open dialogue and access!
TRUMP: However, many fundamentalists want to see it 'dominate.'
CARTER: Yes, religious biases make for 'bad television.'
TRUMP: Maybe we can have accords between Catholic-TV and Al Jazeera!
CARTER: That would certainly be compatible with commerce...
TRUMP: You know how many fundamentalism videos are accessible now?
CARTER: The Internet has changed everything!
TRUMP: Do you think American kids view Arabian toy-swords in the same way?
CARTER: After 9/11, no...
TRUMP: That's right, we need to reorient our consumerism consciousness.
CARTER: We have to address the role of the media.
TRUMP: It's Halloween, and kids want safe candy and cool multicultural costumes.
CARTER: They want pirate toy-swords and Arabian toy-swords.
TRUMP: We want Americans to buy water-guns and feel safe watching Al Jazeera.
CARTER: That may be the real challenge of the Trump Administration!
