Yes, there are breakthrough cases as was expected. But the vast majority that get COVID after the shot have a mild case, just like the way the flu vaccine is supposed to work. Neither are supposed to stop it 100%, that is not possible with a virus that mutates.

Listen, asswipe! I joined the Navy and spent 15 months active duty enlisted. I spent the next 4 1/2 years in the Reserves while in ROTC. After commissioning, I spent just over 10 years active duty until the Clinton "peace dividend" killed my career. I then spent another 7 years in the IRR. I went to work for the DoD for a year and have worked for the Army as a contractor for 3 1/2 years. My daughter is a Captain in the Army, my son was an Infantry Sergeant, and my son-in-law is a Master Sergeant with the Air National Guard.
