Look what happened to Paul Manafort getting in trouble for allegedly working on behalf of Russian interests and not registering as a foreign agent under the FARA act.

Also a black left-wing socialist was accused of being a foreign agent working on Russian interests.

Yet AIPAC members are working on behalf of the interest of Israel. Openly doing this. They don’t have to register as a foreign agent they’re not getting in trouble. This is blatant hypocrisy as republican Thomas Massie points out

IMO Americans should be able to lobby for a country they like. But it does make sense to have them registered as foreign agents or agents of a foreign power.Especially if they’re getting paid for their work by foreign countries or directed by government officials of a foreign country.

Massie made a very worthy and perhaps alarming point. When he is talking with fellow congressman about getting a bill passed often the fellow congressman will say to Massie “ let me run it past my AIPAC guy first” … meaning that these congressmen need to get approval or influence on the matter from Israel lobbyist…

Massie point out this is unique to Israel/AIPAC. Meaning that congressman aren’t going around saying well let me get approval about running this bill through from my British guy or my Russian guy or my Brazilian guy.
