Years later, when trump secure the GOP nomination in 2016, future Dem Presidential frontrunner, she reappears with an attorney and first goes to the National Inquirer hoping to secure a payout, they contact Cohen, and Cohen, who's a poor attorney apparently, creates a flawed NDA, with a payment.

After the election Cohen sends the Trump Organization his usual legal bill, and it's paid.
