And even that call was just Greg McMichael giving their location at which point, he stopped speaking on the call as Arbery and Travis started fighting over the gun.

Not exactly. McMichael was on the phone with a 911 dispatch and spoke for about 11 seconds when his son and Arbery began fighting over the gun. All he managed to spit out was, "I'm out here at Satilla Shores. There's a black male running down the street. [Where at Satilla Shores?] I don't know what street we're on." Before yelling at Arbery, "DROP THAT! DAMMIT! STOP! DROP IT!"

So no, they didn't "call the police and were waiting for them whilst keeping ahmaud under observation." McMichael never even gave them the name of the street they were on. Nor did they wait for police as the struggle over the gun occurred just seconds after Greg McMichael called 911.

And that call came after more than 4 minutes of chasing Arbery around the neighborhood, blocking his escape every time he got close to getting out of their neighborhood. And again, they admitted to that with police

Did the police not know where Mr. Arbery lived? Could they not have gotten a call and gone to his home to......????? Do what? Ask him about a construction site he looked at while out earlier that day? Was the victim a suspected bank robber that had an APB out on his whereabouts? Did willingly getting out of the safety of his own vehicle with a gun culminate in a confrontation with the victim? Was it necessary to leave the vehicle in order to observe the victim? Did he try to hide?

Was the confrontation necessary to insure the safety of the ones that were in the truck, with the only weapon?
