McCain is too old, Clinton doesn't have a penis and Obama is a negro.

How is a bigoted SOB to decide? :eusa_think:

The only people who care that Obama is a negro are the white, elitist dems.

People don't object to him because he's black. The right loved Clinton Powell. We object to him because he's as left as left can be.

Who is Clinton Powell? Was he the guy that replaced Palmer in ELP?

the left liked colin too. Hell, he could have been president in 00 or 04.

easy.

Yes, he could have....which pretty much puts the lie to the old, tired claim that conservatives hate blacks.

yeaaa.. but his political background isn't the same as the likes of the rest of your handful of token blacks. I mean, he was THE MAN back in the early 90s and one of the very few respectable people to have been intertwined with W's regime.

We don't have "token blacks". That's a lefty thing that goes with quotas and such. We embrace anyone who embrace our politics.

Clarence Thomas was one of our "token blacks" as well, and the dems tried to ruin him.

well, either that or his behaviour around subordinate females.

and yes, alan keyes, thomas, bill fricking cosby, etc ARE tokens like Powell was.

like Rice IS.

I think they had no compunction about using his skin color against him.

No argument here. But the source of their dislike was his politics.

Just like the source of the republican's dislike for Obama is his politics, as you so eloquently articulated. But they certainly won't hesitate to use his skin color against him either.

Politics is politics and it ain't pretty.

What are you talking about? Who used his skin color against him?
