OK, it's a pod cast but it's about as accurate as I've seen.

I remain unconvinced due to all the lawyer double speak involved.

I'll wait to see if there is any actual substance to her memo.

That's where I'm at with the whole thing. The few useful departments within the agency can be absorbed by other agencies.
