I don't know that Trump personally will be there, but certainly talks are scheduled. Sooner than many predicted, China's economy is in a death spiral and they almost certainly are now ready to deal. Which was the whole purpose of the tariffs on China in the first place, i.e. a) to stop them from manipulating our currency and doing economic damage to us and b) balance the disparity in trade so that we can have a win-win situation for both countries.
