The pilot of the Black Hawk helicopter that collided with the American Airlines passenger airplane did not comply with directions to change course seconds before the fatal incident, a bombshell new report has revealed.
On the night of January 29, Army Black Hawk pilot Capt. Rebecca Lobach was conducting an annual flight evaluation with her co-pilot Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Lloyd Eaves, who was serving as her flight instructor.
Three months on, new details published by The New York Times revealed that the pilot made more than one mistake leading to one of the worst catastrophes in aviation history.
Not only was Lobach flying her Black Hawk too high, but in the final moments before the impact, she failed to take advice and instruction from her co-pilot to switch course.
Both Lobach and Eaves had first acknowledged the message that an aircraft was nearby, and spotted the plane themselves before requesting to fly by 'visual separation.'

Commentary:
Another glaring DEI failure.
This report looks very bad for the pilot. Either she had some weird absence seizure or she crashed the helicopter on purpose.
How could Captain Rebecca Lobach fail to listen and obey the orders of the ATC and her trainer pilot?
During Helicopter training, the instructor also has control. I wonder why the instructor here did not take over control when she refused to obey the ATC orders?
So it comes down to pilot error and the flawed Marxist Democrat and Biden DEI legacy

I’m very impressed by Trump’s Presidency so far & so far I have no credible information to change my mind.

He definitely is keeping many campaign promise in days instead of months, years or the never get it done kind of promises from past Presidents.

I’m happily looking forward to see what he can accomplish in his full four year term.

I’m very optimistic that the full four years will also out perform the days. My 2cents.
