The longer the delay in international support, the higher the number of people who will be killed.

"Hello. I wanted to say that we Iranians are really suffering. We're under extreme pressure, and the longer it takes for the global community, Trump, or anyone who promised support to help us, the worse this situation gets. The death toll being reported on TV and by you is far, far less than what's actually happening. Due to our jobs and connections with hospitals, we have information from military sources that the death count on Thursday and Friday was around
80,000 people, not just 2,000 or 3,000. I personally witnessed blind shooting in the streets. In our own neighborhood, where about 500-600 people gathered, we had three deaths, and gunfire continued until midnight on Thursday and Friday. I'm certain that on Friday alone, around 5,000 people were killed just in Tehran, and hospitals are reporting about 80,000 deaths total by Friday. The situation is dire and we're being threatened from all sides. Whether through street presence or mosque loudspeakers, the longer the world takes to help us, the more deaths will occur."

This claim was confirmed by a doctor working in an emergency department inside Iran. When asked about it, the doctor wrote:
āUnfortunately, this is true.
Our hospitals faced serious problems that night, and according to the Blood Transfusion Organization, priority was given to military hospitals.
On Friday morning, hospitals were suffering from severe blood shortages.
Our colleagues suggested issuing a public call for blood donations, but the provincial governor banned any such public announcement.ā
The doctor added:
āI pray no human being ever has to witness what we saw.
Our colleagues were crying in the hospitals, filled with anger, while still trying to treat the wounded.
Almost all of my colleagues are suffering from severe psychological trauma.ā
Meanwhile, Vahid Online, a well-known digital activist, has published extremely horrific images of the crimes: blood-soaked bodies, corpses piled on top of each other, and lifeless bodies abandoned on the ground. These images clearly document an organized and systematic crime against humanity.
At the same time, judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic have threatened mass executions of detainees, and according to reports, a new wave of arrests and repression has begun across Iran.
Based on the available information, the Islamic Republic killed thousands of Iranians in just two daysā18 and 19 Dey (January)āusing live ammunition and execution-style shots, both in the streets and inside hospitals. This crime is unprecedented in modern Iranian history. Children, the elderly, women, and men all became victims.
Iranian society is now facing a massive collective trauma.
Families who had to search among hundreds or even thousands of bodies in morgues and forensic centers to find their loved ones, doctors who had to document causes of death, and citizens who witnessed these atrocities are all suffering deep psychological damage.
Some families were forced to bury their loved ones in remote locations, and there are even reports that some buried the bodies in their own gardens to prevent the authorities from confiscating them.
This is a national tragedy, unprecedented in Iranās contemporary history. In the future, books will be written, films will be made, and these days will be remembered as one of the darkest chapters in the history of Iran.
All of this information has emerged despite severe internet shutdowns and blocked communication channels. Yet some sources warn that the death toll may rise to
over 80,000 or even 100,000 people. Such numbers may seem unbelievable, but given the record and nature of the Islamic Republicās security forces, no level of atrocity should be considered impossible.
