What does Pakistan having nukes have to do with Afghanistan?

Everything. It's the main reason why they're there. This has been known since the Bush administration, and whole threads have been written about it here in USMB.

Anyway, hard to believe anybody in 2018 doesn't know this, but the Pentagon has had contingency plans to go into Pakistan and seize their 100+ warheads, in event of them falling into jihad hands, or threat of that.

In return, Pakistan has had contingency plans to try to keep the warheads away from US troops (and jihadists). Lots of links on this for years in here. Here's a few. They're older now, but nothing's changed since Obama cited Pakistan as #1 thing to keep him up at night.

3. "Most" ? Most means more than half. If just .00000001 of them (ie. 16) got nukes from Pakistan, they could kill millions of people in one minute.
