Advice...how to fix this...

It's made of fiberglass.

As you can see...the repair will be mostly hidden...but it has to fit flush over those rails...that's where it bolts on.

Is it a stressed joint or just looks?
I've done some fiberglass on boats.
If it's not stressed it may be possible to cut a smooth edge between the breaks. Insert a precisely measured peice of glass. It should fit without stressing the joint.

Again, not stressed.
 
Started this project today... Got to say this Dupli-Color trim and bumper works very well...

I think the original holes are for drainage... so I'll drill some for that purpose.
 
One week later... This project is complete.

Eight panels (four on each side...

...Four required major fiberglass reconstruction...

...all were painted...
