I've always wanted to create a comic book oriented soap-opera vignette with Hinduism mythology, and here's a fairy-tale about a young Indian boy named Prakash learning about all kinds of doubt lingering in the heavens in Hindu mythology! Enjoy,

====

Young Prakash was in a Hindu temple in India worshiping the various deities in autumn, including Shiva (lord of destruction), Saraswati (goddess of learning), Vishnu (lord of protection), and Kali (goddess of anarchy). Prakash was appreciating how the panoply of gods in the Hindu pantheon contributed to a macro-consciousness regarding the sheer colorfulness of majesty and governance in the heavens. Every god seemed to have his/her own sense of identity or even colored personality. Prakash was very interested to learn about the secret private everyday lives of these incredible Hindu gods and goddesses. Just then, he thought he heard the voice of one of the gods inviting him to learn about a very interesting feature of heavenly intrigue and politics --- the wondrous carousel of romance between the gods and goddesses!

Shiva, lord of destruction, was the supreme king of gods when it came to absolute authority and weaponry and darkness. He was the controller of decision-making and potency and only consulted Brahma (lord of creation) and Krishna (master of negotiation) when it came to politics. Shiva was involved in a dual marriage with the supreme goddesses Durga (goddess of governance) and Kali (goddess of anarchy), but there were rumors he was lonely and was unhappy in his marriage to these two women and sought love elsewhere. The young curious Indian boy in the Hindu temple Prakash learned that Shiva was therefore tied in love rumors to multiple other goddesses including Parvati and Saraswati. Shiva carried his immense trident weapon and lived like a jungle creature.

Durga and Kali were supreme goddesses and were technically tied to Lord Shiva in marriage. However, the young curious Indian boy in the Hindu temple Prakash learned in fact that Durga and Kali weren't interested in Shiva's sense of politics and power and looked elsewhere for imagination elsewhere, to gods and even underworld deities such as Ravana, Brahma, and Vishnu. In fact, Durga and Kali were rumored to be seeking the charms and potency and magic of extraordinary powers from these other gods, defying their sole obedience to the very frightening lord of destruction, Shiva.

The curious young Indian boy in the Hindu temple Prakash learned that the god Vishnu, lord of protection, was perhaps involved in a dual extra-marital relationship with both Durga and Kali while the demon-god Ravana was also tied to goddess Kali. Prakash learned that Vishnu was entreating Durga and Kali for their sheer frustration with Shiva's sense of primal power and absolute authority analysis in times of dark warfare. Vishnu had become the ultimate confidante of Durga and Kali, and the young curious Indian boy in the Hindu temple Prakash wondered how all this heavenly drama in Hindu pantheon mythology was somehow all kept a secret from the general masses.

Finally, Shiva consulted with Krishna, Karthik, and Brahma for serious advice regarding the proper routes to love and romance given his troubled links to Durga and Kali and his worry his two supreme goddess wives were discovering true magic elsewhere and away from him. Krishna, Karthik, and Brahma, who called themselves the Triad Council, advised Shiva (as the curious young Indian boy in the Hindu temple Prakash watched and listened with his eyes closed and dreaming!) to seek the affections of the younger goddess Saraswati (goddess of learning) but leave behind his romance with the goddess Parvati. This reduced humbled romance quest would downplay any heavenly gossip and rumor wheel and perhaps even facilitate more diplomatic developments between Durga/Kali and Ravana/Vishnu. It seemed this sort of heavenly intrigue was truly the kind of adult activity characteristic of social consciousness!

SHIVA: "Make no mistake that the gods and goddesses in the pantheon are equally interested in normal marriage and have no interest entreating the normal routes to stark adultery or even terrorism-inciting forms of eschewed marriage disputes, for our duty is foremost to create an umbrella feeling of undoubted diaries!"

BRAHMA: "Shiva is so funny sometimes, since when I sometimes listen to his bardic chants and commandments, I can't help but feel sorry for this hermitic primal god-soul, since I personally know he's actually privately brooding about his serious emotional attraction towards the younger goddess Saraswati who always comforts him with her lovely tune and reminds him his estrangement in his political ties to Durga/Kali can perhaps be evaded with child-like forms of ornamented dance!"

Shiva and Saraswati fell in love and had a daughter, a humanoid daughter with fiery red hair named Loreena. This beauty was a resident of Europe and loved to learn about divinity and Hindu mythology and was placed on Earth by her parents who didn't want the heavens to discover their love-bond since it might infuriate Durga/Kali. Loreena grew up to become a very devout scholar of revised Hindu storytelling, and the curious young Indian boy in the Hindu temple Prakash was suddenly encouraged to make contact with the beautiful Loreena to learn more about these whispers among the gods/goddesses in the incredible heavens.

SHIVA: Should I remain the absolute ruler of war and darkness, or can I entreat my own daydreams about the possibility of discovering simple dreams?
