Adelita Grijalva was elected nearly two months ago. She may be the deciding vote on a discharge petition ordering the Justice Department to release the PedoFiles. Some Republicans also want them released which is why she makes the difference.

Speaker Mike Johnson cannot stop a discharge petition, but he can stop the swearing in of a representative-elect while the House is out of session.

A Speaker has the option of opening a pro forma session for important business, such as swearing in a new Representative. Johnson did this earlier this year to swear in two Republicans who had been elected less than 24 hours prior to their swearing in.

This afternoon, the House has to vote on the budget bill passed by the Senate so the government can be re-opened. This is absolutely unavoidable.

Therefore, Johnson has to first swear in Representative Adelita Grijalva.

The question now is if some of those Republicans have been bribed to vote against the discharge petition with some bigly pork in this budget bill.

Taxpayer money spent to protect the release of the PedoFiles and to protect Jeffrey Epstein's best frient.

Why do you folks want these damn documents so badly? Do you really think after going through the hands of both parties, thst there’s gonna be anything truly scandalous left in there? The trials are over. Nothing more is going to happen. Just leave it slone for God’s sake.

Liberals are a bunch of selfish assholes trying to demand that all the staff required for such a ceremony be working unpaid during the shutdown. Just more liberal trash thumbing their noses at the working man. Johnson was absolutely correct not to seat this creature until after the shutdown. Liberals are cruel and evil scumbags.

So it is blazingly obvious Johnson is a coward too afraid of the boy king in the White House to exercise his constitutional separation of powers. He has prevented Grijalva from being sworn in.

Until now.

Ummmmmmmmm, if she's being sworn in, how is that cowardly? This is the first chance they've had to swear her in. Democrats shut the government down. Don't you remember?

You should be asking why Pam Bondi, our nation's top law enforcement officer; President Donald Trump; and Speaker Mike Johnson going to such great lengths to keep the PedoFiles from being made public. What are they hiding?

Nearly when the shut down began, idiots. Forgot about that huh, dummy
.

The Speaker can open a pro forma session any time he wishes.

As I already pointed out, Mike Johnson did not hesitate to open a pro forma session to swear in two Republicans when the House was not in session.

Less than 24 hours after they were elected.

Adelita Grijalva was elected on September 23.

The shutdown began October 1.

Forgot about that huh, dummy.

Massie is a NAZI for sure. 🙄

You know how those Republicans are!

Almost 2 months ago, when was the government shutdown, about 2 months ago.

And Trump's judicial nominees, democrats are refusing to vote on the judicial nominees. Johnson in return does the same thing.

This is the democrat's tyrannical politics, refuse to allow the republican's judicial nominees to move forward.

If you are this angry that the Epstein files are not being released quickly enough, you must have been apoplectic during the Biden years, when the democrats were in charge and released no files and never talked about it.

How worried are you about this discharge position thing now that Trump is lobbying Congresswoman to take their names off of it?

I don’t care what they’re hiding, Juliet like I didn’t care when the Biden Administration was hiding it. Epstein is dead (good riddance). His chickens in prison. It’s over. Move on.

I'm pretty sure Epstein was working for Obama. It's why Epstein called Obama, his boss. I wonder if Epstein liked pizza better than hot dogs...

Democrats are so full of shit. We just laugh at their faux rage and lies anymore, their party is a laughing stock.
