Trump was the most intelligent choice because he is much more competent, and he has much better policy ideas.
Voting for Harris was a vote for incompetence, totalitarianism and dystopia.
A vote for Trump was a vote for progress.

What you are advocating is moving toward a closed economy. A closed economy is the bellweather of socialism.
The bellweather of capitalism allows for free market activity.
A closed global marketplace will bring more jobs home but less opportunity for American businesses. The global market is much larger than the US market. We will see how that works out
