the Romans renamed "PALESTINA" ---and was a written language more than 3000
years ago. Arabic is a language that developed in "ARABIA" --roughly the land today

Why else would the Allies have used the name Palestine in the Treaty of San Remo and Treaty of Sevres?

It has always been Palestine.
