Oh. I definitely have solutions. More guns. The answer for the country with the most gun deaths per capita in the world for modern countries is to have more guns.

However, I am all for armed taxpayer funded armed guards all over the country in soft targets. Schools, churches, hospitals, malls. Visible guards with machine guns. Will cost hundreds of billions of dollars but it will make mass shooters less likely. If not we can just go back to how we are living.
