The term "genocide" isn't applied purely on the basis of the victim count (why don't you know this already?) for example only 40% of the world's Jews were exterminated by the Third Reich leaving 60% alive and that 60% were far beyond the reach of the Nazis, yet that was also called genocide, despite the fact that Nazis intent cannot have been the destruction of the Jewish race because that was unachievable.

Besides the ICC are not charging Nazinyahu and Gallant with "genocide" but with a variety of specific war crimes.

Unlike the Jews there is not a large diaspora of Palestinians, almost all of them are in the Levant so the extermination of the race is readily achievable and inevitable unless Israel is stopped.

You keep darting from subject to subject, we were discussing the significance of the percentage left alive and how that influences claims of genocide. It was YOU who raised the percentage issue and I was discussing that with you.
