Congress is Blue.... Democrats won Congress... Simply have more votes than Republicans...
There is still a lot of gerrymandering in Congressional seats but Democrats won anyway..
As 130,000 ballots being counted late. Simple. Trump told his voters to vote in person and Biden said to vote by mail. Because COVID there was a huge increase mail in votes... Some states had laws which stop mail in ballots from being opened until very late, Republicans fought any improvement in efficiently...
