According to these guys the US attacke Japan in ww2

FDR was very well informed about the Flying Tigers and off the book, he approved them since they needed actual US combat war planes. And they had a wonderful unbeaten record against the Japs. Now all the Japs knew was American war planes were killing Japs easily. Shit happens in war, and our flying tigers were attacking Japs as soon as possible.

I did not make false claims about Hawaii either. It became a state past the end of WW2.
The P-40s they flew came from British orders; they were early B and C models lacking pilot armor and self-sealing fuel tanks. The USA replaced them in British stocks with the far more capable P-40E. I read somewhere when I was younger that the RAF chose the Buffalo for the Far East theater over the P-40 because the leaders of the RAF believed it was better than the Japanese fighters and more available than the P-40s which were required in other, more competitive, theaters of the war.

Every P40 was American, and all pilots were Americans. Why demean them?
Calling them what they legally were is not demeaning them. They were paid between $600.00 and $750.00 a month by the Chinese government plus a $500.00 bonus for each Japanese aircraft shot down, when US Army and Navy pilots were being paid $260.00 a month and no kill bonus'.

I like your facts. Your intepretations are screwy, but...

Did the American pilots steal the P40s from the Army, and nobody knew a thing about it? NO planes were stolen. FDR approved them shipped to China to fight the Japanese.

The AVG wasn't a US formation. The members were mercenaries paid and equipped by the Chinese government. FDR had to get a special law covertly passed to allow US military personnel to resign and fight for China without legal penalties. The Americans fighting for the UK had to covertly travel to Canada join the RCAF and then travel under Canadian passports or be arrested for violating the Neutrality Act. After the war started, the US government just ignored their illegal pre-war actions and incorporated the Eagle Squadrons into the 8th Air Force.
Explain the fleet of P40s used against the Japs? Were they stolen or sent by FDR?

Did not the Japanese shoot up the Panay in 1937?
The Japanese claimed that they did not see the large U.S. flags painted on the deck and canvases of the gunboat. Tokyo officially apologized and paid a cash indemnity of $2.2 million USD. The settlement mollified some of the U.S. anger, and newspapers called the matter closed.[3]

Well, we did attack Nagasaki with a terrible weapon. Whether the second nuclear attack on Japan was justified is the question.

News flash for you, they actually had a third bomb but relented on using it. Nagasaki was not their second target but actually their third: the original second target was called off due to cloudy weather there.

The Japs got off easy for what they did at Pearl Harbor.

We are talking about what happened, not the aftermath.

They attacked a US ship in 1937.

I did. FDR traded the UK for more modern P-40Es and did an off-the -books transfer to the Chinese government who turned them over to the AVG along with a handful of Curtis-Wright CW-21 interceptors. And the AVG never had more than about sixty P-40s operational at any one time. The AVG only had two squadrons, the Panda Bears, and Hells Angels. Sixty fighters is hardly a FLEET.
