Let us not let the current hysteria of rewriting history make us forget Great Americans.

Used to be a holiday, along with Washington's birthday later in the month. Then they rolled both into Presidents Day.

Now we have the MLK holiday and Juneteenth.

They're coloring over our history.

The tyrant who killed 700,000 young men
I have been in discussions with some intellectual types who say that the Civil War didn't have to happen. That issues such as slavery were already working themselves out due to economics and public changing attitudes. Was he a tyrant? No. To me, he was intelligent but basically a common man who was sincere in doing the right thing but in over his head.

He was a thug and tyrant and slavery would have eventually died out
Most of the death were Irish men

The north was more concerned about $$$

Why not include Reagan in February's "president's day" It won't cost you a dime.
