Why would I play in traffic because you can't post a statute you claim was violated? You say you posted it but all I see is you posted a video where a journalist said a law was broken. But A, he might not realize it was a rule that was broken and not a law. And B, he doesn't cite this imaginary law. And C, no one's been charged with breaking a law.
