After the place was opened up, people walked in behind the rabble rousers because the place was thrown wide open, so once the original infurious gang went through, that's when you can see in the video's where the capital police started helping and guiding or directing people in a sort of escorting type of role instead of a riot police type of role. Biden and his puppet master's for political reasons wanted to make examples of everyone regardless of their roles played on that day.
