About the prospects of an eventual verdict in Trump NYC case

Why would the appeals courts overturn a criminal court when guilt was established.

What's the legal theory.

Trump is on tape with Cohen discussing payoffs to Karen McDougal.

It doesn't take a big leap of logic that the same was done with Daniels.
Well the judge is conflicted up the ass for one, dumbfuck.

Statistically, the odds of a guilty verdict on some count go up with the number of individual charges. Just sayin...:dunno:
A verdict premised on the fact that a persecutor happened to artificially inflate the number of counts in an indictment is hardly something to brag about.

All the counts of this bogus Bragg indictment charge the same thing — with the added bonus of not even explaining the “other” crime (or crimes) which serve to elevate the bullshit misdemeanor claims to “felonies.”

Except Trump has appealed that point multiple times and has lost every time.
Yeah, the conflicted judge refused to recuse.

That's not a loss for Trump you dumbass.

That is automatic grounds for a reversal.

I think you miss the point. If there was a legal grounds to end this case, the appeals court would have found it.
No. You just don’t know what you’re bleating about.
There isn't.

Again. You are beyond ignorant.
These seem more like motions Trump's lawyers are making to keep the Orange Man-Baby mollfied.
No. It “seems” more like futile attempts to get around a partisan political screw job while in the den the partisans. And that’s because it’s what’s happening.

In imbecile.
