A Texas judge ruled it was unsafe and needed more research. Now I don't buy his logic but.....what if a kid or 13 year old girl gets it illegally from her mom or kids at school and then dies from taking this pill bc she's pregnant. Do you worry about the kids dying? Not the fetuses, who cares? But the little kid who got it from some friend at school to cancel her pregnancy since she's a minor and didn't wanna tell her kids. Is this pill that dangerous? What about the kids?

It has been on the market for more than 20 years and now this one judge says that the FDA does not have the authority to approve it. If the FDA does not have the authority to approve a drug, who does?

Also, less than 20 minutes after this judges ruling a different judge of the same level banned the FDA from pulling this medicine in 13 states.

It is now literally impossible for the FDA to follow both judges rulings.

But do u worry about a 13 year old getting it and dying/

It's designed to end a person's life. Hmmm...Are we seriously debating whether this pill will kill the right person? Yup. Welcome to Babylon 2023...

The same applies to any medication approved by the FDA that can be ingested by anyone for any reason.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the U.S. agency that signs off on the safety of food products, drugs, and medical devices, approved mifepristone in 2000. A wealth of data confirms its safety.

The safety of any prescription drug is far better established by the FDA than by a Texas ideologue with no medical expertise.

The authoritarian trend where politicians, government bureaucrats, and others with no qualifications dictate to educators, librarians, medical practitioners, scientists , the private sector, etc. is a threat to the nation.
