Parnas is in trouble for campaign finance violations unrelated to Giuliani but his lawyer thinks he can make a deal with the SDNY by composing lies about Giuliani. Rudy knows their tactics and has plenty of exculpatory data against their smears but the knives at ABC are definitely out for him.
