The SCOTUS says it's a state issue.

They are accused of making it illegal.

States are allowing it as they want through the referendum or amendment process.

That's how it's supposed to work.

That's how it worked before that asshole Blackmun wrote his perfectly awful decision in 1973. Even Roe's lawyers (the Weddingtons) were very unsure of some of it's outcomes.....pointing to population control.
