I suppose this is about the competing wannabe Sultan's of their respective mini-caliphates (the Hamas and Fatah welfare fraud syndicates) vying for control of a shrinking UNRWA welfare fund.
Possibly the Hudna is over and these two groups will pick up where they left off a decade ago with resumption of their civil war.

This thread is a sad spectacle of the most profound and absolute lack of knowledge of the nature and structure of ethnocratic states like 19th century America, South Africa, Israel and the ethnic enclaves those states created to confine the undesired ethnic groups, respectively:
Indian reservations
Bantu Homelands like Transkei, Ciskei, etc...
West Bank and Gaza
The West Bank and Gaza just like native american reservations and bantustans like Kwazulu-Natal ARE NOT territories regarded by their populations as their NATIVE HOMELANDS.
They are regarded by the native population as parts of their homelands that were turned into prisons by the supremacist state that exercises real power over them. Parts of their homeland that became ethnic corrals surrounded by armed soldiers with orders to shoot to kill them.
THEREFORE, Indian Reservations, Transkei, Ciskei and Kwazulu-Natal lacked and the West Bank and Gaza lack any legitimacy in the eyes of the native population necessary to become REAL NATIONS, REAL COUNTRIES, REAL STATES.
To demand "national unity", "nation building" from the WB and Gaza is as absurd as demanding it from the native american and Bantu homelands set up for them by american and south african whites after their military defeat.
It reveals an ignorance, a lack of knowledge of racial dictatorships and the ethnic enclaves they create that defies description.
You don't have to spend 4, 6 years studying Political Science in college to join a Message Board and give your opinion on the state of Israel but a bare modicum of knowledge on the subject is necessary to avoid the public humiliation of sounding like a total ignoramus who doesn't have the slightest idea what the hell you're talking about.

Abbas has already reduced by one-third the salaries of tens of thousands of individuals who were PA employees in Gaza before the ousting of the PA from Gaza and the subsequent establishment of the Hamas government in 2007.
