Every country goes through growth for whatever reason. You can't just say, hey, California was part of Mexico, so it should be now. It doesn't work like that. Ukraine has been recognized by Russia as being the whole thing for too long, you can't just say sorry, I need a do-over nearly 400 years later. Or even 100 years later, as for the commie bastards. lol.
