A severe threat to the entire world....

North Korea has been issued a warning for firing a long-range rocket(Taepodong Missile) regardless of UN's strong warning.
Then, North Korea had announced an absence of 6-party talk, restart of nuclear facilities and deportation of IAEA agents, raising tensions across Korean peninsula.
In such situation, ElBaradei, the secretary-general of IAEA, said that North Korea would be regarded as a nuclear-armed country.
However, this act is considered inappropriate since it is what North Korea really wanted, justifying them for having and developing nuclear weapons.
Acknowledging NK's nuclear possession or tolerating its development will come to us as a severe threat to the entire World.

Well, what kind of effort is an international community putting into nuclear abandonment and what are their results?

wat can we do? is there anything to do but try to negociate with them. i mean we could start a war with them if we aren't careful. and no one wants a nuclear war.
