Hitlerian? No--I am talking about a perception changing drug that can effect the chemicals in the brain that determines sexuality.

Hitlerian probably would not give the individual a choice, force their ideas onto the populace, and probably incur some bloodletting. Not a viable concept if you wish to have a civil society.

That is really a matter of opinion.

For instance, there are people that think they are born into the wrong bodies--so they seek a remedy for it through sex changes and hormone therapy.

Others that seek counseling and try Sexual realignment programs(OK, the Christian ex-Gay programs) in order to fulfill a desire they have about their preference.

So, it does not need to be a disease, but inthe era of Boob and penis enlargement surgeries, it could be a way of rewriting ones identity, if they choose too.

Actually, I was implying that Homosexuality could be a condition that someone was born with. Thus the use of a perseption changing drug.
