If there were drugs that could "cure" you of neoconservatism, that is, a medication that was effective in recalibrating the chemical process that leads to close-minded nationalism, racism, classism and war-mongering, would you take it?

I recognize that the Christians have failed miserably in their WWJD programs, but I wonder if science held forth such a "solution" (If some would considered it a solution) would you opt for it?

I'm not even sure WHAT a Neo-con is. Apparently, anytime anyone says anything that a Liberal disagrees with, that speaker is a neo con. It seems that if a Liberal calls someone a neo con, that about the worst thing a person can be called.

Anyone familiar with Krauthammer's views knows what a neocon is (before the left mangled the term, that is). It has nothing to do with religion, nothing to do with socioeconomic class, nothing to do with racism. That is just spewing without thought.

The libertarian base is present in the philosophy, yet it is tempered with a lack of isolationism common to the libertarian view.

Neocons are basically LBJ liberals who like to spread 'mockracy via their interventionist foreign wars.

Neo-Con is a term used to describe Jewish former Democrats who are now Conservative. Some view it as a slur, not me.

As it is I'm not Jewish so I can't answer the question. Sorry.

If can use the following words interchangeably to describe our president, but don't know what they mean:

Fascist
Nazi
Communist
Racist
Socialist

If you want more wars.

If you believe that Iraq is a success.

If you believe that only rich people create jobs.

If you believe that Fox news is "fair and balanced".

If you believe that science is a "faith".

If you believe that religion is an alternative to science.

If you believe the Noah's Ark is a historical event.

If you believe that Sarah Palin is "smart".

If you believed that George Bush and John McCain were "smart".

If you hate gays, blacks, feminists, Hispanics and other "non Americans".

If you are against government run health care but love Medicare and Medicaid.

If you believe torture worked.

If you agree with all these things, then you are a right wing neo-con.

Yes. A neocon is imperialistic, but not in the historical sense of the word. Spreading democracy is the form of imperialism and is generally in our best interest (economically, foreign relations, peace) but that spreading through force is only as a last resort.
