So explain to me how open carry in Texas and with all the gun nuts let a shooting of 4 people in San Antonio standing in line at longhorn happen yesterday? So many guns and no one could stop it and the shooter got away, wth happened to more guns prevent things like this from happening?

First, do you know if that criminal followed any law, gun or otherwise, to begin with. Secondly, no one claims it will prevent every situation. And not every one carries in Tx. I would submit, more than likely, having lived there most of my life, less carry than do. But if there had been enough time if one did, it may have ended differently.

Hiding in a truck load of cantaloupes to sneak into the US is against the law and so is Black Panthers standing outside a polling place with batons to intimidate white voters. Yet Barry and Holder didn't care or bother to do anything about it....in fact they encouraged it. They ran "assault weapons" to the Sinaloa Cartel and then gave the gang carte blanch here in the Southwest so they wouldn't rat out Holder's DOJ. Barry allowed Hezbollah to sell narcotics in the US to entice Iran into signing his nuke treaty with them....a treaty that assures them nukes in another 8 years. He smoked dope in the WH. And it goes on and on....what difference do laws make if law enforcement doesn't abide by them?

I just wish people would quit letting their emotions rule their feelings, rather than logic. I understand it is an emotional issue, but time needs to be given or all to gather their wits, so decisions are made by logic, rather through those emotions.
And to watch these kids and others be used, through their emotional state, to further an agenda, which provides no real solution to the problems, really sucks. They are like vultures.
